3105 aluminum sheet belongs to AL-Mn alloy. It has high anti-corrosion performance and great conductivity. The aluminum content is 98%, and due to 0.3% copper elements are contained, the conductivity can reach to 41%. 3105 aluminum sheets are non-heat treatable, so the mechanical property is improved by cold processing: it has high plasticity at annealed condition, good plasticity when semi-cold hardening, while low plasticity during cold.
